Just stay away from Lowe’s and this cabinet maker. Paid express delivery within 10 days, received it long after that. When I called to verify why my cabinets are not delivered as promised and I paid for within 10 days delivery, Lowe’s rude sales person told me they shipped it now it is up to shipping company not the cabinet maker. So the shipping co has only one day delivery per week in my area and they delivery when they get full load! Guess what I need to wait loooong before they fill their truck to head on my way. After long wait cabinets arrive, one was damaged, when I called Lowe’s they told me they will give me a credit of $90.00 for the damaged cabinet, when I said I paid over $500.00 for the cabinets they said, sorry management decision! The doors of the cabinets are all warped, the glue are all I’ve the doors and side of the cabinets and bad quality of work. Just stay away from these people!

We went with Shanandoah because they had a reasonable turnaround time. That was in November 2022. It is now the end of June 2023 and we just now got our last cabinet. We had to have five cabinets and most of the cabinet doors replaced. We got five rounds of doors before we finally gave up and just accepted them. Shenandoah said it was our problem to store the extra 45 doors that we have and five extra cabinets.
The quality control is absolutely awful. We actually got a door from the factory that had blue painters tape on it highlighting all the dings in it. And they still sent it to us!
We spent $20,000 to have subpar cabinets that are covered in dings and scratches. Believe the reviews and do not buy these!

I just bought Allen and Roth highest end cabinets, which are also made by Shenandoah. These things are complete garbage. Out of 14 cabinets, 4 came damaged and had to reorder. Of those 4, 1 was damaged and had to reorder again. 16 doors were damaged and had to be reordered. Out of those, 6 were damaged and had to be reordered. The sales rep, Matt Morgan blocked my emails. I’ve spent 18-1/2 hours in Lowe’s trying to get things straightened out. Matt told me it was my responsibility to dispose of the damaged cabinets. I’m 65 and have to haul them to the curb for the trash. I’m so disappointed and disgusted I will never again buy from Lowe’s and Allen/Roth/Shenandoah again. I’m on many home improvement pages and tell everyone to avoid these cabinets. My next stop is Lowe’s corporate and the highest rep for Shenandoah. NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL!

I purchased these cabinets less than 3 years ago and the are already falling apart, losing there varnish, and the paint is peeling. Very poor quality. Don't waste your money and don't bother calling the company to complain. They will sent you a "touch up kit" which includes a piece of crayon looking substance and a magic marker. Horrible experience. After 1 month drawer fell in, false front drawer under the sink fell off. Spice drawer came splintered. Door keep coming unadjusted and their solution is to send me stuff so my husband can fix it. Who does that??? I paid good money (first remodel ever) for these and I received defective cabinets that my husband has to fix.

This is literally the worst place to buy cabinets from had to be sent back because they were damaged, then they shipped them back with no doors, then they shipped the doors back with no hinges and when they shipped the hinges they had no screws! I have had to make 4 trips to Lowes and its 100 miles to and from my house every trip! I have literally never had this much trouble in my life! And the doors aren't painted correctly you can still see the wood! Save yourself the trouble and buy from someone else! It has literally been a nightmare! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was an option!

We have installed 14 Ikea kitchens and never had a single issue with quality. This time, the Ikea cabinets we wanted were not in stock so we took a chance on the Shenandoah cabinets from Lowes. We were initially looking at stock cabinets at Lowes but were told by the kitchen designer that they were very low quality. We therefore assumed (wrongly) that the Shenandoah cabinets were better quality. I wish I had read these reviews first, but the brochure that Lowes gave us was for “allen & roth” cabinetry and I only found out they were called Shenandoah when Lowes gave us a customer service number for Shenandoah after we had purchased them. Not only are the cabinets very poor quality but every single door is defective. Three of them have gouges in them and all of them have splits. I called Shenandoah Customer Service and they said they would not replace the doors with splits unless the split is big enough to fit a business card in it! The paint on the doors is also uneven and my husband said the corner cabinets were not even square and he had to rebuild them. We also discovered that one of the drawer pulls on the pull out garbage is defective. Since Shenandoah did not seem very helpful, we decided to live with most of the doors but asked Lowes to replace the three doors with gouges as well as the defective drawer pull. We were sent the three new doors but not the drawer pull. All of them also have splits and one of them has a deep scratch about 4” long. I then had to contact Lowes again for more replacement doors and the missing drawer pull. Clearly this company has zero quality control. This has been such a hassle. This purchase has been a huge disappointment and I would NEVER recommend these cabinets to anyone.

!!!*B*U*Y*E*R *B*E*W*A*R*E*!!!
Shenandoah cabinets are TRASH! We ordered 17 semi-custom cabinets (shaker style, white paint) in mid-August 2020 and waited 8 weeks for delivery (extended delivery time due to Covid).
What we received was a NIGHTMARE! ALL of the 17 cabinets (sink base, uppers, lowers, utiility, etc) were damaged! One cabinet had a sticker on it and the factory painted over the sticker! All shelves (packed in separate boxes) were crushed on one or more corners, as if they had been dropped in the factory (the boxes were fine, so they were NOT damaged during delivery). Drawers were so crooked, they would not close more than halfway. One door was missing a corner but painted white (more proof these defects were incurred at the factory). The sink base cabinet had staples sticking out of it (and the staples were painted white). The back of the corner cabinet fell off when it was lifted to the wall to install! It was made of particle board and a huge 8" hunk just fell off! All the cabinets are made of cheap, rough particle board and worse, the white paint is GLOSSY, nothing like the satin sheen on the display door we saw at Lowe's.
NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL!
Needless to say we went back to Lowe's and they were fantastic! Even though we signed a contract, they allowed us to return ALL the cabinets. When the manager looked at the photos we showed him on our iPad, he was HORRIFIED! He was shocked and said if it were up to him we could use them to build a bonfire in our backyard. Unfortunately it took Lowe's 3 weeks to take all the re-boxed cabinets out of our livingroom but they made up for it by upgrading us to KraftMaid cabinets at no extra charge (and the KraftMaid cabinets are FANTASTIC!!!).
I would not recommend Shenandoah cabinets at all. Do NOT buy them! They're JUNK! We paid $9.500. for GARBAGE I would not use in a horse barn! Store stock cabinets are made better than Sheandoah! Shenandoah was forced to agree to the refund when their regional rep. saw the photos. How these cabinets ever got out of the factory is a mystery!
Our installation was delayed 6 weeks until our new (KraftMaid) cabinets were manufactured and another week until they were delivered, which pushed our install into freezing cold weather (not fun!) but in the end we have a gorgeous KM kitchen and new friends at Lowe's. :)

Purchased a Utility cabinet at Lowes for $4300. The drawer hardware was incorrect for the depth and a door was warped. I got a new door and the proper length drawers slides but they were the wrong type! Initially customer service said the sliders were the wrong type and then called back and said they were the correct type. I had to send them a detailed email and pictures and never heard back! on top of the all this they sent cabinets that were not pre drilled on the front frame where the front of slide rail attaches. . I had my contractor back out for a second time and now he will not come back without further payment to complete the job!

My all wood with maple door Mission Shenandoah Cabinets are very well made. They were delivered wrapped and very professionally. I am happy with the outcome. We installed ourselves. We had a couple of doors with minor issues and they replaced them immediately. I would purchase these again and recommend to family and friends.

Two cabinets arrived with disassembled panels and completely out of alignment. Cracked frame face. I had to spend numerous hours fixing with glue and presure joints.
Another cabinet with front Pullout door hardware screws mounted in the wrong place, which affected the door alignment. I had to disassemble the door and mount the hardware in the right place.
Another 12” base cabinet came with lower rear side panel loosened due to absence of glue in the joint. I had to glue the panel to the frame and leave with joints over night.
I decided to repair the cabinets since having to call and wait weeks for replacements would have caused delays.
Other cabinets with similar issues, too many to list here.

Just I purchase these from Lowe's about two-and-a-half years ago and had them installed. In about in May of 2017 So far I have had no problems with anything either self-closing drawers. Etc. The thing I like the best. Is that they developed a better self closing? Garbage can and sent me the kit. To replace the one that came with the original. Kitchen no charge. I got the solid wood. As I was sick of my old ones with pressboard and I highly recommend it.

I ordered the cabinets through Lowe’s in Santee, Ca., which took 5 weeks for delivery. Upon opening them I found 2 cabinets with broken frames and damaged doors. I called the customer service department in which they stated they’re going out on the next truck which was 1/7/2019 approximately in a week, which I thought not too bad. On the 7th I called again and was told they haven’t even made the replacement cabinets yet. Now my new shipping date is set for 1/17/2019. (WTF) I don’t know why Lowe’s continues to carry this company’s brand Due to all the complaints from numerous consumers on the review site. Buyers beware...

I ordered three cabinets from Shenandoah through Lowe's. All three of the cabinets had damage; one had a scuff mark on the paint, another had a cracked door and the last one looked like someone kicked it in in the back. Who let these cabinets leave the factory? And, replacements took far too long to get.

Ordered 25 cabinets. 5 arrived damaged, that's 20%! 3 of them were finish issues from the factory. So I guess my order was checked by Quality Control at 4:45 on a Friday.
Replacements will take 4+ weeks. And Customer Service could care less. Biggest mistake I made was ordering Shenendoah. NEVER again!!!!!!!
I've already convinced 2 friends to buy a different brand. Hope you will heed my advice too!!

We purchase this home with the seller's realtor touting an upgraded kitchen with "high end kitchen cabinetry." This upgrade had been done 2 years prior to the sellers marketing their home. Some of the soft close drawers do not close. The contact paper finish is peeling and buckling from the cabinets. Shoddy and cheap are the hallmarks of this cabinetry. Do NOT purchase Shenandoah unless you plan on replacing your cabinets within a couple of years.

Purchased cabinets for kitchen and have the following comments:
Finish is very cheap. Chips very easily and looks cheap
Drawer slides are the cheapest very. I will probably have to replace.
Back - thin piece of panel - I added plywood to every single one.
Do not recommend this line to anyone.
Biggest mistake I made in the kitchen remodel.

Chipped, not painted in some places, dents. I can't believe they left the factory that way. Where is quality control? I have called a halt to the project.

We've had these cabinets since Jan 2015 and have no complaints about the quality. We bought them at Lowe's and had an excellent installer. They were very particular about the quality and actually returned some things that I thought were fine. They knew what was not right more than I did. Only had 2 returns and we had the correct ones in 2 days that matched perfectly. We decided on the Sydney style with the Cherry spice finish. We spent just over $12,000 on the cabinets and then added another $8,000 for quartz counters. Everyone we worked with were very professional. We just love our kitchen.

No idea how durable they are, but just can't get good doors for the cabinets. They obviously have a dull blade cutting these things from the jagged edges of the frame. Maybe their wood finishes are ok, but their white cabinets are awful. We spent a lot of money (over $10K) and are very unhappy with our cabinets. Our Lowe's rep has been AMAZING trying to make this right, but we keep getting sent poor quality replacement items... which take weeks to come in. Customer service is non-existent. I can only assume durability will be lacking as well, given the inability to get quality doors. May have a great warranty, but what good is a warranty when replacement items are continuously poor quality?

We installed Shenandoah oak cabinets in our kitchen in 2010 and they are still beautiful. I purchased the soft-close hardware, which works perfectly. The contractor who installed the cabinets commented upon how they arrived in perfect shape, were easy to install because they were well-made, and fit together nicely. Despite being highly experienced, this was the first time he had ever installed cabinetry from this company, so his feedback meant a lot to me. After six years, everything still looks wonderful and the cabinets still draw comments about how nice they look in this kitchen. I would certainly purchase them again because they were an excellent buy for the money. I got them at Lowes.

Came accidentally to this site and was surprised by several negative comments. I had mine kitchen cabinets in Breckenridge Maple Spice designed and installed through Lowe's in 2011, still looking good after 5 years and no mechanical problems. The Lowe's contractor was very tough with my renovation contractor - requested leveled floor and smooth vertical walls. All boxes with cabinets came in good condition with no damage and no cosmetic problem (no varying finish, coloration, damage, etc). The installation went uneventful in one day; later a granite countertop was installed over the base cabinets with no problem.
Of course mine is small NY old building kitchen with 10 cabinets altogether; still this was really good experience.

Though I did't choose these cabinets - they were in a $550K home that I purchased. They reap of "cheapness" from a construction quality point of view. With low end drawer slides that won't last, fiber board box frames and thin plastic veneer on cheap shelves. I know that I'm stuck with them for about 5 years or so, but I can't wait to replace them.

Never saw such junk! $5500 with a lot of "free" from promotion by big box store included free sink base, 2 roll out trays, utensil tray, and 50% off wood upgrade. So, retail would've been closer to $7000. Only 2 out of 13 pieces were without scratches or chips. Many variations in color from deep red to gold tones. Paid hundreds for a "glaze" and I had to look to see if some sections even had glaze. Sink base was warped. Roll out tray had huge gash. What quality control puts that in a box? (no, not from shipping, box was in perfect condition). One upper cabinet (over stove vent) had a horizontal piece that looked like "tiger wood" with vertical stripes. The rep came out. Where there were nicks? "molding will cover it". Tiger wood grain? Turned it upside down to see if molding would cover. Mismatched colored door? "As a courtesy, we'll replace the one that is scratched, and the other that doesn't match". Poor glaze? He said "hand rubbed". (No, a sprayer sprays the glaze, then air spray pushes it off, into the crevasses. It must've been set crooked. Corners were worn as if slid off a table. Chips and scratches? "There's a touch up pen included" (FOR WHICH VARIATION OF COLOR is that pen?) Now,with that much damage, and a living room filled with this scrap wood, you'd think they'd pick them up and replace in one order. Nope. They want to replace piece by piece. Now, I argued... if you couldn't get the colors to match in the same production line on the same day, do you really thin you are going to match it months later? Problem is- I had the hardwood floors in the dining/ liv rm stained to match the cabinets, I have a a kitchen chandelier and cut glass upper cabinets nobs bought, long past "return" window. And, we're racing to totally rehab the house by Christmas.... appliances on order... jokes on us- not only will it take weeks to replace this junk, but then at least 2 weeks for the counter top... so, unless the turkey can fit in the microwave, we're screwed. Fa la la- first Christmas in new home.

We ordered the cabinets from Lowes in butterscotch. Several weeks later we received a call to arrange delivery at a time suitable to us. Delivery was on time and we were instructed to check for any damage within 7 days. Upon inspection two minor problems were discovered. We spoke to Sarah (customer service)who without question or delay shipped the damaged items. Upon installation (we upgraded to all plywood construction) the cabinets were found to be square and level with no problems encountered. Durability is unknown as noted above however at this point I have no indication that they will not hold up

We purchased our bathroom vanity last summer from XXX. the design was never completed. We had to hire a carpenter to custom build the rest of our design that Shennandoah said they could make. We went back and forth for three and a half months trying to get this job done. It was a nightmare. They also made us wait three months for the "rep" to come and try to line up our drawers. Its not rocket science. They have no quality control and I would never buy them again.

I ordered the Breckinridge in natural maple from XXXX. The color and finish look nice... HOWEVER, I have had these cabinets for just over 24 hours and we are planning on a full return. My installer, who is an amazing carpenter was unable to install them because they are not level, square or plumb. He tried to install the uppers and had so much trouble getting them to line up properly, he took them down and told me to call the company. He then tried to install several of the lowers and had more problems: sometimes they were off as much as 1/4 inch! Unacceptable for $9000 worth of cabinets. I have a layman's eye and even I can see that the drawers and the doors are not lining up properly. The company rep is refusing to come until maybe next week and is telling us that it is our floor that is not level! I guess he's never installed cabinets before. Lowes is so far helpful, but that is only after my husband went into the store, demanded someone do something and refused to leave until they did. They are sending someone out int he morning, so we can get it on record that there are so many problems. We are shopping around for another company in the meantime. My installer said the wood is nice, but with the poor quality, they are not even worth $3000! Hesitate before you buy. We are now stuck without a kitchen, looking for and inevitably waiting weeks more for new cabinets... oh and a baby on the way! Thanks Shenandoah for screwing this up! I would have had my kitchen back in less than 1 week if it weren't for such shoddy work. Now, we just wasted a month. Don't buy unless it is the only option. And good luck if you do purchase them. BTW, never reviewed any company before, but I felt that spending $9000 and getting terrible quality was worth writing about and I wanted other people to know. I would have wanted to know BEFORE I purchased!

I ordered my Shenendoah Maple Spice cabinets through XXX in St. Charles, IL. The price was very affordable, and the cabinets arrived as scheduled. The doors were fine, with some minor variation in grain, but I found this to add a bit of character. The tolerances were not perfect, but the appliances all fit in place fine. The construction is solid and finish looks really nice. I ordered a 5 piece crown moulding and when properly installed, the cabinets look like high end cabinets that you would expect to see at twice the price. I am happy I went with these affordable cabinets. I suspect that some folks are too picky when it comes to grain and finish. Manage your expectations reasonably and you will be happy too, or spend more money.

Major customer service problems! If you order replacement cabinets for ones damaged in factory or where they were sized incorrectly by the salesman...don't expect them to deliver them to you without charging you a fee (XXX is very good about trying to make good on this). Shenendoah Customer service said that they can have replacements rush shipped. I ordered replacements and found that 30 days was the best they could do. Lowes read me the email where the Shenandoah basically just pushed my request aside and refused to rush ship. This is one case where customer service would be better off if it were outsourced to India! At least you would get help instead of attitude, delays and excuses. I can't really say how the warranty is yet...,but based on the other reviews have read and the initial quality I have experienced...I don't have high hopes. Saw some quality problems on the first cabinet that I took out of the box. I will add comments to this post based on the progress. I hope the message gets to the company leadership. I would want to know if I had a CS department that was not up to par. I have never posted negative feedback to a company before. This is the second site that I have posted about this experience. I am typically not a difficult customer to please. All in all....XXX has been great. Too bad they are stuck as the middle man.

I've never been so disappointed!! I ordered the Winchester Maple Cognac cabinets. A delivery date was scheduled, I took the day off work, and 2 hours before the delivery, I got a call that the cabinets hadn't even left the manufacturer. Out of 18 cabinets, 6 had to be reordered because the finish was so poor. When I got the 2nd delivery, 1/2 of them looked just as bad as the first shipment. I also noticed that the 2nd batch of cabinets didn't have any doors on them. When I contacted the Lowe's salesman, he told me I had to take the doors off the first shipment and put them on the new ones. My kitchen has been torn up for over a month while I waited for the second shipment. Now I'm back to square one. Needless to say, when I called Lowe's to return the entire shipment, they were out at my house in no time. Please, please, please pay attention to these reviews.

I recently re-did my kitchen, and at the insistence of my contractor, went with Shenandoah Cabinets, in maple espresso.
Too many defects to count - marks, indentations, unfinished edges, inconsistent finish, cracked frames, poorly put together (they come assembled), and so on.
At first look, the cabinets are beautiful, but upon a closer look they are filled with defects all over the place, and not worth the price.
I would not go with Shenandoah cabinets again. The number of issues is now bordering on completely ridiculous - and this is in a tiny kitchen!

I love the look of the cabinets we ordered. There were a few with spilt drawer fronts and misaligned drawers. They replaced them with no problems. I even paid extra for plywood construction as well. We had several issues with the kitchen and when the cabinets came we were still a month or so out for even getting close to installing them. My wife and I checked every cabinet within 10 days. I didn't notice this until I started installing them but just about every cabinet was out of square. I was really frustrated so make sure you get out your square and level and check every one of them. The largest cabinet has a hump in the frame in the back sticking up over 1/2" Double check the corner cabinet as well ours dips down over 1/4" going towards the doors.
I love the look but unfortunately would never recommend them. I want the cabinets to be right when they leave the company. So after spending $14,000 on cabinets I feel like I got shoddy carpenters working on them. I will go to a real cabinet maker next time.

I can’t say enough good things about Shenandoah’s customer service. I was on a tight budget redoing a kitchen and so went with the Shenandoah Dominion with a Spice finish. When the cabinets were installed, a couple of the doors and drawer fronts had what I considered unattractive marks where the grain darkened and or there were knots. I called Shenandoah and talked with them about it and they immediately shipped me out 2 replacement doors at their expense – not charge at all to me. Once they were installed, I still felt unhappy with 1 more door and a drawer front. I called again and once again they cheerfully sent me replacements at no cost. They didn’t give me a single bit of grief, not one bit. Their feeling was that I should be happy with my purchase. What a complete pleasure to deal with them.
BTW: Some may be thinking that the finish shouldn’t have arrived “flawed” in the first place. But since that time I’ve found that that’s just the way cabinets arrive. Some folks are bothered by imperfections and some take them as part of the look. My neighbor just spent $20,000 with a high end designer for her new kitchen cabinets and even hers were full of dark marks. So it is just a matter of taste.
A caution about using XXX: XXX is the fly in the ointment in this deal as far as I’m concerned. The “youth” who spec’d out my cabinets for me was sure good at navigating that 3-D layout softward but, according to my contractor, had obviously never installed cabinets or, according to me, had never actually used a kitchen. He made recommendations without explaining what the tradeoffs were and I got caught by my own ignorance and trusted him to know what he was doing. So, for instance, in order to get that nifty tray cabinet, apparently I got squeezed into a sink that was only 25 ½ inches wide -- meaning really, really small if you want a double sink and, if you think you’re going to go with one big sink, then the tradeoff is no garbage disposal. Etc.. The hazard of doing it yourself, and not using a professional designer, is that you can get blindsided by not knowing what you don’t know. I expect more of XXX.
But back to Shenandoah. The cabinets look great, they’re sturdy and feel very well-built. No, they don't look as nice as the $20,000 walnut cabinets my neighbor got, but then, I spent a fraction of the price. I’ve only had them for a few months so I can’t comment on their longevity but I feel I got a great deal and had a great experience all around.

The finish on my cabinets look just awful. I see this complaint over and over, why doesn't Shenandoah do something about their quality control?
Their rep will come out and just tell you silly excuses and lies. What a waste of time.

I bought the white cabinets, frames and doors. After about a year the frames started yellowing, the rep said it was due to a stain problem, they had since fixed the problem. After being offered new cabinets, which I would have to pay for the installation, new countertop, and demo costs, I accepted a "rebate" of $500. They also gave me 2 cans of reformulated stain. I feel the stain was designed to be sprayed on, not painted on. We tried to apply according to the directions, it didn't work. I now have a food safety issue, as the dry stain is flaking off the frames.
I am so disappointed, and tired of dealing with this, I am ready to rip them out...we will never purchase this brand again

My cabinets are new so I can't attest to their durability. The Maple Cream Glaze is a beautiful color and I love it. Overall they are a pretty sight in my kitchen.
I am, however, very surprised that more care isn't taken with the paint finish and that quality control isn't on top of these things and expecting more attention to detail from their workers. There are a number of areas showing paint misses, an unlevel streak of some sort on a drawer front, a small gouge out of the top edge of a big drawer, a couple bubbles or something on doors, a few tiny chips. Since they were not cheap and actually cost quite a bit of money, I would expect more quality control to be in place. A concientious worker would have at least filled the gouge before painting. And the beautiful big drawer front could have been attached gouge side down so it wouldn't be seen. Touchups should have been done at the factory.
I can't compare to other manufacturers and price points. I am just surprised the finish isn't done more carefully. I hope the finish holds up well with daily use.

I just had their maple cabinets from their Solana line installed and when I noticed most their doors were warped. A few more than others. I called XXX to file a complaint and they promised to stand by their products. However, things changed when they came to my house along with a rep from Shanandoah. The Shanandoah rep came up with unbelievable excuses to avoid replacing all warped doors such as my eyesight was bad or that the sunlight coming through my kitchen window was reflecting off the molding causing my doors to look warped... unbelievable!! I finally got XXX to pay for new doors (only on upper cabinets; I had to settle to keep the lower ones as is) when I threatened to dispute the entire purchase price on my credit card. The Shanandoah rep only agreed to pay for the three badly warped doors; XXX paid for the other nine.
Also, besides the warped doors, the cabinets do look very nice. Not sure about the quality though. The drawer in one of the cabinets came crooked that my installer had to take apart and fix the problem; also the finish looks pretty week on what they call 'furniture end' or the exposed wood that you pay extra for end cabinets.

I bought Shenandoah cabinets back in 2007 and the cabinets and install went smoothly. Unfortunately a lot has changed since 2007.
I bought another house in 2011 and decided to go with their glazed mid to upper end cabinets. The staining was very inconsistent from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. Not referring to the glazing but the staining itself.
Asked for 7 replacement doors -- received one damaged and several had significant stain variations and blotching along with one having a knot hole. These were replacements for shoddy doors to begin with.
Also ordered a customer 42" bath vanity base from Shenandoah at the same time I ordered kitchen cabinets and the unit was glued together with a bow in the center and poorly put together.
All in all I was very displeased with the installation and the quality of the cabinets were probably in line with Ikea grade not what I would expect for a $10,000 cabinet/countertop install.
Next time I will definitely look to buy cabinets from another company as this has been a real headache and I am having to settle with cabinet doors that are mediocre at best.
Anyone wanting pictures please send me a message and I can show you first hand musicman27pa at yahoo dot com.

I bought the "Breckinridge" cabinets for my brothers house that I had to sell. I installed them my-self without any issues. Everything I ordered arrived on-time in perfect condition. as I unboxed them I found they were packed very well and there was no damage. I installed them just as the designer at lowes said they would fit. Perfect! 4 1/2 years later I met the buyers of that house and they said the biggest reason they purchased the house was because of the new kitchen and they loved the cabinets. I would recommend these to anyone.
