Ordered 25 cabinets. 5 arrived damaged, that's 20%! 3 of them were finish issues from the factory. So I guess my order was checked by Quality Control at 4:45 on a Friday.
Replacements will take 4+ weeks. And Customer Service could care less. Biggest mistake I made was ordering Shenendoah. NEVER again!!!!!!!
I've already convinced 2 friends to buy a different brand. Hope you will heed my advice too!!
If you ever have an issue with your cabinets, you will have a nightmare trying to get Shenandoah's support and help.
