Mid Continent Cabinetry manufactures beautiful kitchen cabinets at affordable prices. This brand is not available at major retailers and they have a modest marketing budget, so you might not have heard of them. But, their cabinets are top quality, their finish process is state of the art and their selection of cabinets, door styles and finishes is one of the best. If you are considering a new kitchen, Mid Continent Cabinetry is a great choice.

We built our home in 2017 and chose MCC for our kitchen and bathrooms from a cabinet company that is local to us. Over these past 6 years the finish near the handles has lightened more and more to the point that it looks horrible. I reached out to the cabinet company we bought them from and they said since it was the finish that was the problem I would need to reach out to MCC directly. There's no phone number listed anywhere. (Red flag?) I filled out their contact form on their website and have not heard anything back. After a month of no reply I then reached back out to the cabinet company and emailed photos. He forwarded my email to the rep. Every few weeks I've followed up and there hasn't been any reply from MCC. I don't understand why these show so much wear. It's primarily just my husband and I that live in our home. We spent over $30k! I don't know what to do from here. :(

We have been waiting for our replacement customized dishwasher door and trim since August 2022. The first dishwasher door sent in February 2022 was too large sent. We have called and emailed, the seller, Spartan, has told us that the company is "backed up". Backed up since August 2022!?! We believe we have been scammed by the Spartan or that Mid Continent Cabinetry has gone out of business and can't fulfill their obligations.

I bought a house with kitchen cabinets by mcc . They are chipping everywhere. Reached out for touch up paint and was directed to companies hours away and not interested in ordering touch up paint pens. Reached out to the company again, this time no response. All I want is to attempt to get flint pens to touch up poorly made cabinets. I can’t get a place to purchase anywhere.

We ordered our cabinets for our new build on July 9th. This was BEFORE we even had a foundation in the ground. We were given a 16 week lead time. After 22 weeks, we finally started asking questions. December 6th we were told by MC that our delivery window would be 1/17-2/4. This is nearly double the original lead time. We kept digging and were told this was our delivery window but "still no guarantees can be made, unfortunately." We were more than fair in allowing an additional 6 weeks from the original lead time. We have now cancelled our order and are starting over with a new manufacturer, while our house sits there waiting for cabinets. We are in a temporary living situation and the bad business practices of MC will cost us thousands of dollars. They should not be continuing the take new orders if they cannot fulfill the ones the have. I would urge you to proceed with extreme caution if you are considering using Mid-Continent Cabinetry.

Had a beautiful kitchen installed in 2017 but the finish is fading off and looks terrible. I understand things wear but 4 years? It's just my wife and I, imagine if I had kids, lol! I am willing to pay to have the door refinished but I was told "They do not refinish doors"...where does this leave us now? SMH....Great product but horrible finishes!

Mid-Continent cabinets are junk! New construction nightmare. Had no choice but to move in end of March 2020. Bad product (every single piece of the kitchen cabinets has some damage, big chips and dents, the drawers had nicks in them out of them), the local subcontractor has "cabinet medic" come to paint brand new cabinets, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? door panels shifting away from box frame, cracking doors, doors not the same size in the same paired set, color does not match, poor manufacturer workmanship, Replacements not the same wood type and the finish pre-painted is not uniform. Paint cracking at corners, joints visible, poor design, cannot replace hinges for others that have a narrower angle/swing; adjacent doors hit the box frame or the adjacent door. Overhead cabinets bang into the side of my microwave (dealer stuck bumpers on the sides of my new appliances. Dealer "fixers" show up with touch up paint that doesn't match; advise that cabinet interiors which need repairs can only be done with a woodgrain laminate they have in stock and will not match the factory pattern and color (WTH). January this year fourth attempt to replace doors, still did not match and was told the next step was to have a Mid Continent rep take over; now August and crickets. Building Contractor and Cabinet Dealer ignoring repeated request for remediation. I called the main # for the manufacturer and only got an answering machine. There is no customer service email that I could find on any of their company web pages. So I am thinking that any positive reviews on this page were made by the independent Dealers, not the actual end user customers.

Run the other direction and save yourself the headaches. Mid-continent cabinets (pivot) are junk! We ordered in September, install in December 2020. Bad product (every single piece of our cabinets had damage, big scrapes and dents, the drawers had goes out of them), the company we ordered them through had a "cabinet medic" come to paint them to fix our brand new cabinets, still total shit. Now one of the cabinets is cracking. We asked to speak to the rep from Mid Continent - no response. We are now into March and our cabinets are STILL not installed! We have been without water for 3 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this company is a total nightmare!

I have remodeled several kitchens with Mid Continent Cabinetry cabinets and my customers have all been happy with the quality and craftsmanship. I like selling MCC because they offer so many door styles and finishes. I always have something that my customers are looking for.

I purchased an antique white vanity with chocolate glaze. It was delivered on time and fit the space perfectly. The drawers were were designed to easily fit everything needed in a bathroom, and the soft closure was especially nice. The finish is beautiful and easily cleaned and the construction is top notch. I would definitely check out Mid Continent cabinets again when I have a need to replace or add to the ones I presently have.

I love the customer service department of Mid-Continent. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and answer all of my questions about warranty items. The soft-close option is a definite must for your new cabinets! You will love it!

Recently installed a bathroom vanity with tower. Used the Parker slate Cherry. I have been using another brand for my remodels but wanted to pay a bit less for my cabinets. The difference in pricing was $800 but the quality is severely reduced. Very disappointed in the fit, finish, hinges and the doors. The doors on my cabinets are paper thin and they rattle when closing. I had to request three drawer fronts because of the poor construction and finish. They should be embarrassed to send out this quality cabinet to anyone. I recently used River Run white cabinets in my utility room. These are made in China and assembled in the USA and they are better made than Mid Continent. In summary, I would not use this brand even for my basement bath much less my master bath. I am so disappointed in this cabinet that I believe that others should beware of purchasing this low Continent cabinetry. When you spend good money to remodel spend a little more and be satisfied. My last cabinets were better made and lasted 15 years. I’ll be lucky to get 5 to 8 from this junk.

Our kitchen has been complete for about a month now and I cannot be any happier with our new Mid Continent cabinets. Each one of my cabinets was customized to my needs. We have a very busy kitchen, as we love to entertain, and the new cabinets make life SO much easier for me. The craftsmanship is bar none. They are VERY well manufactured. I did something a little different and did lighter top cabinets and darker bottom cabinets. The contrast is INCREDIBLE. We have gotten many compliments. We are VERY happy customers and have quite a few friends interested in new kitchens and will absolutely recommend they go with Mid Continent!

I had a hinge break. It was a unique style hinge for a corner cabinet that has a double folding door. I figured one of the local big box stores would have a suitable replacement, but after several attempts and several returns, I figured that I was going to have to look elsewhere for a solution. We had a sticker on the inside of our cabinet under the sink that said the manufacturer was Norcraft so I went to their website hoping they had an online store. They did not, so I clicked on their contact link, explained the situation and asked if they could either sell me a replacement or point me in the direction of a distributor that could. I would have been perfectly happy with either of those resolutions, but apparently Mid Continent Cabinetry hold themselves to a higher level of customer service. About a day later, I received an email response asking for my address so they could send me a replacement hinge… At no cost… to me. At this point Mid Continent Cabinetry had already gone above and beyond, but they weren’t done. When the part arrived today, there were two hinges in it with screws, just in case another hinge breaks. That is how customer service should be done! Kuddos to Mid Continent Cabinetry!

We had a full kitchen and hall cabinets ordered and installed. All design and installation was superb and the quality of the cabinets is excellent. Even after 10 months they were willing to come out and adjust a few drawers which were slightly out of alignment. We are very pleased with their product and customer service.

-Dovetail on the drawers not flush, couldn't fit into drawer and close properly.
-Not enough coats of paint, could see the joints on the doors.
-Holes for shelves were in wrong location and they just put putty in the holes and made new holes in different location.
-One upper cabinet had full face ends, while the rest didn't. Still fixing this problem!!!!
-Frames are not square, probably from the lack of clamping the center of the boxes. This makes 1) the issue of not having flush end flush a lot more difficult 2) and it goes to show the craftsmanship of their product 3) when joining multiple boxes, the lack of the frames being square puts a lot of stress on the screws to close the gaps between the frames. 
Overall, for the amount of money my wife and I saved to put into these cabinets, we are very disappointed.

We used these cabinets in our remodel four years ago and absolutely loved them. We are now building a new house and went back to them for our new kitchen and all of the bathrooms in the new house. We are very pleased with the options, quality, and value you get with this brand. Highly recommended to anyone looking for better than big box cabinet quality but not looking to pay overpriced custom cabinet prices.

I bought the Mid Continent Rohe in Espresso a few months ago. They are lovely cabinets and made such a difference in my kitchen. I received a free upgrades to plywood and soft close drawers. The soft close drawers are so nice. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone!
