Over these past 6 years the finish near the handles has lightened more and more to the point that it looks horrible. I reached out to the cabinet company we bought them from and they said since it was the finish that was the problem I would need to reach out to MCC directly. There's no phone number listed anywhere. (Red flag?) I filled out their contact form on their website and have not heard anything back. After a month of no reply I then reached back out to the cabinet company and emailed photos. He forwarded my email to the rep. Every few weeks I've followed up and there hasn't been any reply from MCC. I don't understand why these show so much wear. It's primarily just my husband and I that live in our home. We spent over $30k! The first dishwasher door sent in February 2022 was too large sent. We have called and emailed, the seller, Spartan, has told us that the company is "backed up". Backed up since August 2022!?! Reached out to the company again, this time no response. All I want is to attempt to get flint pens to touch up poorly made cabinets. This was BEFORE we even had a foundation in the ground. We were given a 16 week lead time. After 22 weeks, we finally started asking questions. December 6th we were told by MC that our delivery window would be 1/17-2/4. This is nearly double the original lead time. We kept digging and were told this was our delivery window but "still no guarantees can be made, unfortunately." We were more than fair in allowing an additional 6 weeks from the original lead time. We have now cancelled our order and are starting over with a new manufacturer, while our house sits there waiting for cabinets. We are in a temporary living situation and the bad business practices of MC will cost us thousands of dollars. They should not be continuing the take new orders if they cannot fulfill the ones the have. New construction nightmare. Had no choice but to move in end of March 2020. Bad product (every single piece of the kitchen cabinets has some damage, big chips and dents, the drawers had nicks in them out of them), the local subcontractor has "cabinet medic" come to paint brand new cabinets, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? door panels shifting away from box frame, cracking doors, doors not the same size in the same paired set, color does not match, poor manufacturer workmanship, Replacements not the same wood type and the finish pre-painted is not uniform. Paint cracking at corners, joints visible, poor design, cannot replace hinges for others that have a narrower angle/swing; adjacent doors hit the box frame or the adjacent door. Overhead cabinets bang into the side of my microwave (dealer stuck bumpers on the sides of my new appliances. Dealer "fixers" show up with touch up paint that doesn't match; advise that cabinet interiors which need repairs can only be done with a woodgrain laminate they have in stock and will not match the factory pattern and color (WTH). January this year fourth attempt to replace doors, still did not match and was told the next step was to have a Mid Continent rep take over; now August and crickets. Building Contractor and Cabinet Dealer ignoring repeated request for remediation. I called the main # for the manufacturer and only got an answering machine. There is no customer service email that I could find on any of their company web pages. Used the Parker slate Cherry. I have been using another brand for my remodels but wanted to pay a bit less for my cabinets. The difference in pricing was $800 but the quality is severely reduced. Very disappointed in the fit, finish, hinges and the doors. The doors on my cabinets are paper thin and they rattle when closing. I had to request three drawer fronts because of the poor construction and finish. They should be embarrassed to send out this quality cabinet to anyone. I recently used River Run white cabinets in my utility room. These are made in China and assembled in the USA and they are better made than Mid Continent. In summary, I would not use this brand even for my basement bath much less my master bath. I am so disappointed in this cabinet that I believe that others should beware of purchasing this low Continent cabinetry. When you spend good money to remodel spend a little more and be satisfied. My last cabinets were better made and lasted 15 years. They are VERY well manufactured. I did something a little different and did lighter top cabinets and darker bottom cabinets. The contrast is INCREDIBLE. We have gotten many compliments. It was a unique style hinge for a corner cabinet that has a double folding door. I figured one of the local big box stores would have a suitable replacement, but after several attempts and several returns, I figured that I was going to have to look elsewhere for a solution. We had a sticker on the inside of our cabinet under the sink that said the manufacturer was Norcraft so I went to their website hoping they had an online store. They did not, so I clicked on their contact link, explained the situation and asked if they could either sell me a replacement or point me in the direction of a distributor that could. I would have been perfectly happy with either of those resolutions, but apparently Mid Continent Cabinetry hold themselves to a higher level of customer service. About a day later, I received an email response asking for my address so they could send me a replacement hinge… At no cost… to me. At this point Mid Continent Cabinetry had already gone above and beyond, but they weren’t done. When the part arrived today, there were two hinges in it with screws, just in case another hinge breaks. That is how customer service should be done! -Dovetail on the drawers not flush, couldn't fit into drawer and close properly.
-Not enough coats of paint, could see the joints on the doors.
-Holes for shelves were in wrong location and they just put putty in the holes and made new holes in different location.
-One upper cabinet had full face ends, while the rest didn't. Still fixing this problem!!!!
-Frames are not square, probably from the lack of clamping the center of the boxes. This makes 1) the issue of not having flush end flush a lot more difficult 2) and it goes to show the craftsmanship of their product 3) when joining multiple boxes, the lack of the frames being square puts a lot of stress on the screws to close the gaps between the frames. 
Overall, for the amount of money my wife and I saved to put into these cabinets, we are very disappointed.
