Purchased from Lowe’s .. had them for24 yrs. One day 6 of them fell off the wall almost on my head. They would not uphold warranty even after 5 contractors came to me house and said Ty eas manufacturers defect. The fell apart with mounting brackets still
Attached to the wall!!They wouldn’t even come to look at them just denied warrany. The whole reason I chose Kraftmaid was for the lifetime warranty they offered

I had KraftMaid kitchen cabinets installed 2 years ago. The surface is peeling off. I sent pictures to the company. Their response was this is not covered under their “lifetime” warranty. My advice is to not purchase Kraftmaid cabinets

Low quality cabinet doors. They have noticeable physical damage less than two years after installation.

Kraftmaid was wonderful. Everything went perfect They came through even though the problem was the installer's and not theirs. Then last month 12 years after the original installation Kraftmaid supplied a new cabinet door no questions asked.
I highly recommend that you use them
