$18K and sixteen weeks, and not kitchen.. Placed my order in March. Order shipped June 7. Dozens of phone calls, I got a delivery window of July 9. No show no call. Dozens of phone calls. Got delivery on July 20. It's short one, one wrong cabinet, one too big. Rush replacements expected to take no less than four weeks. Cabinet, tile, flooring, appliance installs all delayed. We are camping out in our own house and have been all summer. No end in sight. Making food in a microwave on a foldout table in a bedroom. Washing dishes and making coffee in the bathroom. Going outside to get to the old refrigerator in the garage. That's what $18K and sixteen weeks of waiting has bought me. More waiting. Completely unacceptable.

Same problem! Ordered March 30, 2021 every single door and drawer either has a scratch, gouge, are missing paint on corners. Cabinets are white. Told the sales rep that we wanted all new drawer and door fronts and they say they do one of two things they either repair or replace. Really no kidding! It’s ridiculous because in about a month it’ll be a year and we’re still waiting for two cabinets that they just can’t seem to get right which is holding everything up in the entire kitchen. They just want to send someone out that they call a paint medic to see what they can all touch up. I don’t really want these cabinets touched up I paid for new cabinets out of the box I did not pay for cabinets that look like they’ve been used for five years. We want a factory finish. The rep admitted two months ago when he was here and said he was going to order all new door and drawer fronts that until the third try quality control doesn’t really even look at it maybe one cabinet out of 50 it’s actually ridiculous.
