I've had the worst experience with Cardell Cabinets. We ordered them on December 18th, 2020. They arrived February 5th. 4 cabinets were wrong so we called and had the right ones sent. Those arrived on March 12th (our project pushed back one whole month). One cabinet was wrong...AGAIN. They refused to send the right cabinet in a timely manner and now we're waiting until April 9th. Our project has been pushed back by 2 months and we have been forced to hold on to the house for 2 additional months of mortgage. There customer service has been zero help and the menard's i purchased from has also been zero help. I'm so frustrated. DO NOT BUY.

There is definitely NO excuse for sending the wrong cabinets, that is for sure. However, with the "covid crisis" getting anything made/delivered has been a huge deal. Not sure if you can reply to this but I was wondering if they had quoted you delivery times that were sooner but instead you got them a month later? Or did they tell you it would take that long in the first place? Just curious if they are honest about their lead times or not
