We are over 3 months into our large kitchen remodel using Kraft maid. Ordered from Lowes.

We are still waiting on 3 cabinets. They were reorder because of damage. Cabinets were reorder weeks ago. Today I was told the cabinets will arrive at Lowe’s February 15th. That’s almost 3 weeks!

It’s holding up the whole kitchen that was started October 7, 2020!
Don’t use this maker unless you’re ok without having a kitchen for a unreasonable time.
There is no customer service or consideration.
Also our large pantry was sent with a totally different color drawer!
Very crappy service and I’m being nice.
