I purchased Kraft Maid Kitchen cabinets in 2010. Over the last decade, I have had multiple issues the finish cracking and peeling on the doors and base of the products. Kraft maid repaired them on a few occasions. The issue keeps reoccurring on cabinets and the company said it is my fault due to excessive moisture and said my warranty is no longer valid. I feel this is extremely unfair. A kitchen is a heavily used room for most families and occasional cabinet cleaning is needed. I am extremely careful to use very gentle cleaning products and dry them after I clean them. The customer service rep who was handling my claim stopped answering my emails. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
