When we unboxed the cabinets, nearly everone had a defect like bubble, chip, scratch.... BUT I contacted the Kraftmaid dealer I purchased from and they got me replacement door fronts, drawer fronts, touch-up kits for free, shelf holders ....I was so very pleased with the service, switft delivery and how they now look after 18 months of use. They have held up so great! I got the evercore doors since my house is on the water and there has been NO warping and everything still closes softly and quietly. I have received so many comments on my beautiful kitchen. I have never loved my kitchens in my previous homes but I love this one!!!
