We have a brand new kitchen through Pulte of Masterbrand Diamond Vibe cabinets for which we paid a health upgrade charge. The finish on all the cabinet doors and drawers in uneven at best with scratches, smudges, and dirt that will not wipe off. Some the box interiors are fraying. We have settled but not moved in yet, and the cabinets already look cheap and used. We are trying to work with Pulte to have these looked at by the Masterbrand rep, but no one has come yet, and it's been seven weeks already. Very frustrated and would not recommend Masterbrand until they provide a better product backed by good customer service.
