This is the second project that we have used UltraCraft on and this is for a Bathroom remodel. We order two 30" base vanities and a 30" bridge to connect them together. The were delivered and not checked. I signed the delivery ticket received and not checked. Construction was delayed for two weeks and when we finally unpacked the cabinets one side the laminate had bubbled, NONE of the draws or doors were even close to be aligned from the factory. It seems they have no pride in what they send out.

I have tried to contact Troy the president but their customer service is as bad.
I would caution everyone that this company only cares about making money and not a good product.

The company from whom we purchased the cabinets Consumers and Bath has bent over backwards to help expedite a new base cabinet. I will have to have my contractor change the door and three draws once the new base cabinet arrives.

I welcome a call from Troy to discuss how there is no quality control at the company that he is president of. Troy you can call my cell and discuss the shity way the company iis run. 516-712-9030
