We ordered custom cabinets from Diamond cabinets through Lowes. The original delivery was very early January. Almost half of the doors arrives damaged, and at least 2 boxes also arrived damaged. It is almost 6 weeks later, and we are currently reordering damaged items for the fourth time, as the replacements have also been damaged at least 3 times each. This company claims to maintain high standards of quality, but we have experienced quite the opposite. Their inspection process is poor at best, and their shipping methods are also horrendous, as the replacement door faces arrive without any padding or wrapping. We now have to postpone our kitchen remodel because we are still waiting for replacements for the damaged replacements for those damaged replacements.

We are having a similar expeience. The Diamond Rep came to our house to evaluate and said they would have a response later that afternoon. 5 days later and we are still waiting. It is very frustrating. I'd never recommend Diamond. Good luck to you!
