The soft close hinges are not very durably and are inconsistent as to how they close.

The quality of. The VG Fir cabinet doors is very inconsistent.. Some are dark and some are very light in color which makes a poor visual for the overall look of the kitchen.

The poorest part of your quallity is your lack of any kind of response to correc the issuu. Terry, the representative has not been helpful except to make excuses as what can't be done because you won't guarantee the outcome. No one is even wiliing to come look and offer solutions to the problem. As a result the architect won't spec your cabinets and I will not recommend your company.

Overall, poor poor poor!
