After many tries to have drawer fronts and a door replaced because of poor workmanship, chipped paint and sandpaper feeling edges and a broken drawer, the rep came to my house in person. The problem, in her opinion, is a matter of misplaced expectations. Mainly, it is a matter of touch-up paint. Any changing of hardware or other carpentry is at the buyers expense. I had one drawer fixed and it cost me $40. The vanity cost $2700 and my expectations did not include having to pay more to have it look brand new. The rep also said it was home depots fault for not educating customers in their expectations. I told her I would do that job here.
