RUN as fast as you can. Our whole experience with these cabinets has been a nightmare. The cabinet associate at Lowe's was wonderful to work with. That's where the goodness ended. All uppers came with the wrong door style. Paint was chipped. Glue on the face frames. Huge over the refrigerator cabinet came with (1) long heavy door instead of double doors and the cabinet itself had screws on the left side. Still trying to figure out why? 1 cab had dried food on it. We're so disgusted by this whole experience. NO ONE SEEMS TO TAKE PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP ANYMORE!!! Now we have 11 doors that need to be replaced. I asked what to do with the ones that came on the cabs and was told to throw them out?????? WTH.....

From the problems you described in your review, it sounds to me like the problems you experienced are more than likely the inexperience of the Lowe's Designer and errors in the ordering process than they are with the cabinets themselves...as for dried food on the cabinets - that, I can almost guarantee you, did not happen in the factory, either the tradesman on the job did that, or perhaps somewhere in the shipping & delivery process. I'm not affiliated with Diamond or Masterbrand in anyone, just been around the cabinet game for a long time.
The Lowe's Designer may have been very likable, kind and understanding, but that does not always equate to compentant.
