The irony of my situation is that I chose these "off the shelf" cabinets at Lowes so I could get my project done without delay. That was last spring and I am still waiting for 1 cabinet to come in. One of the cabinets was damaged and it has been MISSION IMPOSSIBLE to get a replacement because the cabinet I need to replace is the one size that is only available through Lowe's website. It has been out of stock since early spring and unfortunately we had already hung all the other cabinets. I contacted the company that makes them (Master Brand). I found their info on a slip of paper included in the box to email them if questions at: ConsumerCareMBCI@masterbrand.com and dealt with Robyn on several occasions but she has zero interest in helping me. She is a customer svc. rep who has no real interest in providing customer service and has made that abundantly clear.
