The finishing is not proper and the quality is poor. I can't believe that without any professional inspection, Urban Effects came to conclusion that the Doors are bubbling due to an excessive amount of heat and/or humidity exposure. Most of the time I cook by using the Instant pot which is placed on the island. In addition, Kitchen cabinets should meet the kitchen furniture standards.Of course nothing is covered under warranty...it is ridiculous. I really disapointed and can't believe that after two years of very careful usage my cabinets doors are damaged. For sure they have a manufacturer deffect which should be taken care of. Please be aware of what you are paying for. Urban Effects did all my cabinetry (bathrooms, closets, and shelving around my fireplace as well as my kitchen). I could not be more pleased with the design and craftsmanship. A special shout-out to Peter who spent hours ensuring I got exactly what I hoped for. When our one-year builder's warranty came up, they were quick to replace a panel where there was a very small chip (the technician wasn't satisfied with just using touch-up paint). As well, there was heat expansion around our built-in oven resulting in a small gap in a joint. The entire oven was removed (which required the services of an electrician) and this too, expertly repaired. We have recently had Urban Effects back to add more shelving. This has been perfectly matched to our existing cabinetry. My kitchen is stunning. Staffs are hands on. Designer went to site to recommend things, Delivery dates are on time. Craftsmanship is excellent. Installers are courteous and friendly.  Job well done to our 12 suites apartment building. I will recommend using them.
