The cabinets we received were certainly not quality. The cabinets finish left much to be desired, the side of our bookcase looked horrible, like someone put it on a press and forgot about it, the finish on adjacent cabinet doors was not consistent, the edging on the drawers wasn't finished properly. We constructed a main home and guest home which resulted in an order of cabinets for two, large kitchens, a butler pantry, and 4 full bathrooms (thank GOD we didn’t use cabinetry in our half bath). Needless to say, our cabinet budget was substantial. The problem with this company is not just quality control but also their obvious lack of care to remedy issues. Our initial order included damaged, discolored, and low quality finish work as well as half our guest home kitchen cabinet fronts being completely wrong. When cabinets were re-ordered, the quality and color issues were even worse. We’re now at 16 months since our cabinets were ordered and STILL don’t have a completed project due to continual color, quality, and delay issues. We are shocked at how little this company cares as well. Their rep Danielle came out to the home and did not take any responsibility for the mistakes and excused the poor quality as “variations in wood.” Variations in wood doesn’t result in completely different stain colors on cabinetry, white filmy spots, sheen inconsistency, etc. Even our painted cabinetry was inconsistent in color from door front to door front. Unreal. We’re at a complete loss as to how this even got past their quality control department and made it to install. They’ve held up our entire build and cost us thousands of dollars on top of the THOUSANDS we spent on their subpar product. Given that they require full payment BEFORE installation, there’s little we’ve been able to do to remedy our specific situation. All I feel I can do now is warn others to stay away. It’s likely we’ll have to completely replace the horrible work Ultracraft has done in our home in order to fully make things right. Please be warned. The kitchen cabinets from UltraCraft were an upgrade when built. Just as mentioned with previous customers, the cabinets look as if they are 50 years old. Definitely more than wear and tear because the other cabinets in the home look nothing like the kitchen cabinets. It's shocking how bad they look and they are only four years old. I am hoping more of us write reviews so we can ban together and find legal recourse for this crime to the consumer. We order two 30" base vanities and a 30" bridge to connect them together. The were delivered and not checked. I signed the delivery ticket received and not checked. Construction was delayed for two weeks and when we finally unpacked the cabinets one side the laminate had bubbled, NONE of the draws or doors were even close to be aligned from the factory. It seems they have no pride in what they send out. I have tried to contact Troy the president but their customer service is as bad. I would caution everyone that this company only cares about making money and not a good product. The company from whom we purchased the cabinets Consumers and Bath has bent over backwards to help expedite a new base cabinet. I will have to have my contractor change the door and three draws once the new base cabinet arrives. I welcome a call from Troy to discuss how there is no quality control at the company that he is president of. We receive an email stating that they were not going to replace the fronts of the drawers saying it was from use. The cabinets and drawers are only 4 YEARS OLD? We are very meticulous and do not beat up our property.This should not be happening. Also,I forgot to mention a side panel by our kitchen sink is starting to lift. UltraCraft lies about their 100 year warranty. Since then, UltraCraft is the first option I present to every new client. I enjoy working with UltraCraft cabinets because the box is solid and once hung on the wall there are very few adjustments to be made. The cabinets come very well packed and so far with no damage. I recommend UltraCraft cabinets to my clients because the wide range of door styles and finishes in the line has something for everyone! When it was time to build my own home, I had no doubt that I would use UltraCraft! I knew the quality would last for years and the design would be stunning! We like to entertain a lot and so far every person who has seen our kitchen has given us the highest of compliments! That 100 year warranty is BS...their cabinetry has some flaws in design..they deteriorate at the top of the cabinet or drawers...the little strip chips ad peels and they consider that normal wear and tear.  I would never use them again. they do not have a good warranty. Not happy.....don't hold up to normal wear and tear.
