The dealer said that I get Norcrafts standard cabinet. The cabinet drawer and shelves were not damaged, just a little sticky with sugar and eggs mixture. To my surprise the slides were covered under warranty! I can't say enough about this company for going beyond and above what one would expect. These cabinets are bear proof and the best around.
