When we ordered cabinets, we were instructed that the cabinets would have a 6 week ship date. It has been over 24 weeks and we still have not received our cabinets. We have spoken with Bill at Norcraft several times and we are basically told to deal with it. We were promised our cabinets would arrive on Jan 17. We still have not received our cabinets and are now told it is due to a truck delay. The new cabinet is very poorly designed. Doesn't look like the others. When I complained to the sales guy he told me that what I got was standard Norcraft cabinet. In other words they would not design a custom cabinet to match existing ones. I have contacted Norcraft twice and gotten no response. One arrived broken. Another broke within one month. 15 out of 20 of the others chipped within 3 months of installation and the customer service team that was assigned to the problem never showed up despite numerous calls.
