Their brochure clearly states "self-closing" drawers. I called them to mention that my drawers weren't self closing. They insisted I was wrong and their definition of "self-closing was more like clear gliding". They said there was nothing they could do, and even though I had 1 cabinet installed already, too bad. They offer a limited selection of door styles in Oak, Maple and Thermofoil and only offer a few finishes. Because they are RTA cabinets, you will spend less money on them.
