For the money I spent, you'd think there would be better customer service and that Thomasville would get you cabinets that were blemished or damaged. There appears to be some quality control issues manifesting along with issues with their shippers. We experienced long turnaround times for replacements and then some didn't even show up (apparently got lost during shipper). They failed to acknowledge the problems and were terrible in following up to resolve the issue. Frankly, I don't think they care after they take your money. If I could do it over again, I would of gone with another manufacturer.
