I used Brookhaven framless cabinetry (a second line of Wood mode cabinetry)in a small kitchen redesign. I now have these cabinets for 3 years and they get some heavy use (4 member family with two early teen boys and I cook a lot!). The cabinets still look like new. The finish is mooth and very easy to wipe down to get rid of the accummulation of busy boy fingerprints. The custom option allowed me to utilize every scrap of space in my smallish kitchen. The cabinets came on time and with no defects. When I came up with some special ideas after some of the cabinets were already installed, the additions I dreamt up were no problem. I did have to wait for these additions, but it was not an overly long wait and it was only fair since I wanted the additions mid project (I dreamt up an extra drawer inside a garbage pull-out cabinet for plastic bags, since I use smaller trash cans that came with the cabinet; I wanted a larger trim on the bottom to better hide the undercabinet light fixtures and I wanted extra top trim to line wall/ceiling corners between cabinets to tie them together.) When one heavily loaded pantry pull-out drawer lost a central support about 6 month after the project was completed, the company replaced the whole drawer with its hardware promptly and at no cost.
If I ever remodel a kitchen again I will use the company with no hesitation.
